The TC4427AEOA with Gate Drivers 1.5A Dual td Match is a dual high- and low-side MOSFET driver designed by Microchip. This MOSFET driver is designed to drive both high- and low-side MOSFETs. It is suitable for high-power, high-side and low-side bidirectional switches, in automotive and general-purpose applications. It features low standby current consumption, core supply voltage up to 40V, and low output noise. The engine supplies include separate enable pins for each output, independent current limit for each output (25mA to 1.5A setting range), and overcurrent protection. It also has a control shutdown feature, programmable output delay, programmable blanking time,and fault reporting. This driver is RoHS compliant and has an industrial temperature rating of -40°C to +125°C.
