The MBR30200CT with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) is a high efficiency, low voltage, low forward voltage, high current, TO-220AB surface mount device that is lead-free and RoHS compliant, manufactured by Microdiode Electronics. This part contains a total of 6 paired SBD elements in a single package and is capable of blocking up to 200V. It handles up to 30 Amps of continuous current with a maximum repetitive peak forward surge current of 200A. This part features a sharp reverse current temperature coefficient of -0.45%/°C, excellent thermal and dynamic characteristics, low leakage current at elevated temperatures, and low forward voltage drop. The entire package measures 7.6mm by 10.12mm and the package body is made from a thermosetting epoxy that provides reliability and flame retardancy. The MTBR30200CT is constructed using planar technology and its metallurgy has been compatible with lead free and standard soldering processes.
