The Microdiode Electronics SB1045L is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) TO-277 RoHS package. It is a series of fast switching, rugged, high voltage diodes designed primarily for rectifying applications in general purpose, switching, and audio frequency (AF) circuits. The package is highly compact, making the SB1045L ideal for space-constrained applications. Its maximum average forward current is 10A and is capable of handling repetitive peak reverse voltages up to 45V. The SBD has an 18-40V reverse voltage rating, =1mA leakage at Vrrm, and a 300pF junction capacitance.
