Inc.The SR3100 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) DO-201AD RoHS manufactured by Microdiode Electronics Inc is a surface mount package of schottky barrier diodes. This device offers high temperature stability, fast switching speed, and a low forward voltage drop. The device is designed for use in power supplies, voltage regulators, motor controllers, buck converters, and voltage clamping applications. This device requires low electrical bias and has a low loading capacitance, making it suitable for high frequency applications. It is also RoHS compliant, making it an ideal choice for applications without compromising environmental safety. The SBD DO-201AD RoHS has a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward voltage of 0.45V. The SR3100 is capable of handling high peak current up to 10A and can operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C.
