The US2MB with Diodes – Rectifiers – Hyperfast 1kV 2A 1.7V @ 2A SMA (DO-214AC) RoHS manufactured by Microdiode Electronics is an advanced high-speed diode designed for high voltage and current surge protection. It features a high voltage rating of 1kV and a current rating of 2A. This diode also has a very low forward voltage drop of only 1.7V at 2A, making it ideal for applications where power savings is a priority. It is enclosed in an SMA DO-214AC package, compliant with the RoHS directive for reduced environmental impact.
