The M25P128-VMF6TPB is a NOR Flash serial-SPI 3.3V 128M-bit 16M x 8 8ns 16-pin SO W T/R manufactured by Micron. It is a non-volatile memory device in which data can be stored and retained even if power is removed from the device. It offers an 8ns access time, 128M-bit storage, and 16M x 8 bit structure, allowing for efficient data storage, handling and retrieval.
