The MM32L073PF is a low-power 8-bit Microcontroller with ARM Cortex-M0 core and 48-pin LQFP RoHS package manufactured by MindMotion. It features up to 32 KB of Flash memory, and up to 2 KB of SRAM with both read and write protection. It also has multiple input/outputs with both 8 and 16-bit parallel buses, timers, USARTs, SPI, PWM, and 16/32-bit CR/configurable oscillators. In addition, the device incorporates various on-chip hardware protection including CRC, write protection, Secure Boot, and a Security certificate. It also provides an industry-leading 8-bit per cycle power efficient CPU architecture, a built-in power management unit, integrated power-on-reset, hardware watchdogs, and software stack protection.
