The MD7530H is a SOT-89-3 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) with RoHS certification, manufactured by Mingda. It is a voltage regulator that is designed to provide a highly stable, low-noise output voltage from a single input source. It is capable of providing an output voltage up to 1.5V and can deliver up to 200mA of continuous output current.
