Step-Down Converter Evaluation Board DESCRIPTION FEATURES The EV1477H-TF-00B Evaluation Board is Wide 4.2V-to-17V Operating Input Range designed to demonstrate the capabilities of 58m/25m Low-R Internal Power DS(ON) MPS MP1477H, a fully-integrated high- MOSFETs frequency, synchronous rectified, step-down, 200A Low IQ Current switch-mode converter with internal power High-Efficiency Synchronous-Mode MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to Operation achieve a 3A continuous output current over a Forced PWM Mode Operation wide input range, with excellent load and line Fast Load Transient Response regulation. The MP1477H has synchronous- 1.2MHz Switching Frequency mode operation for higher efficiency over the Internal Soft-Start output current-load range. Over-Current Protection and Hiccup Constant On-Time control operation provides Thermal Shutdown very fast transient response and easy loop Output Adjustable from 0.8V design as well as very tight output regulation. Available in a SOT563(1.6mm1.6mm) Full protection features include SCP, OCP, package UVP, and thermal shutdown. APPLICATIONS The MP1477H requires a minimal number of Security Camera readily-available, standard, external Digital Set-Top Boxes components and is available in a space-saving Flat-Panel Television and Monitors SOT563 (1.6mm1.6mm) package.
