It offers an ultra- o Up to 5A Output Current for Inputs Above compact solution that achieves up to 6A of 1.8V continuous output current across a wide 2.75V to Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) for 17V input voltage range, with excellent load and High Efficiency during Light Load Operation line regulation. Synchronous mode provides Adjustable Output from 0.6V high efficiency across the output current load Supports Pre-Biased Start-Up range. 1200kHz Fixed Switching Frequency (f ) SW Configurable External Soft Start (SS) Constant-on-time (COT) control provides very fast transient response, easy loop design, and Enable (EN) and Power Good (PG) Pins for tight output regulation. Full protection features Power Sequencing include short-circuit protection (SCP), over- Over-Current Protection (OCP) with Hiccup current protection (OCP), under-voltage Mode protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. Connect the power supply terminals to: a. Positive (+): VIN b. Negative (-): GND 4. Connect load terminals ( 6A) to: a. Positive (+): VOUT b. Negative (-): GND 5.
