MP20056 Low-Noise, High-PSRR, 250mA Linear Regulator The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES Up to 250mA Output Current The MP20056 is a low-dropout linear regulator Low 100mV Dropout at 250mA that supplies up to 250mA current with a 100mV Low 150 A Ground Current dropout voltage and can operate from 2.5V to 5.5V input. The output voltage is preset at 1.8V, Low Noise: 13 V typical (10Hz to 100kHz) RMS 2.5V or 3.3V for the two different packages. An 63dB PSRR 1kHz external resistor divider can adjust the output Stable with Ceramic Capacitor voltage from 0.8V to 5V. Excellent Load/Line Transient Response Current Limiting and Thermal Protection An internal PMOS pass element allows for a low Fixed output voltage 1.8V and 3.3V. 150 A ground current, making the MP20056 Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.8V to 5V suitable for battery-powered devices.
