MP2317 26V, 1A, 600kHz, High-Efficiency, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2317 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, Wide 7.5V to 26V Operating Input Range rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter 1A Load Current with built-in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a 100m/50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) very compact solution that achieves 1A of MOSFETs continuous output current with excellent load Internal Power-Save Mode for Light Load and line regulation over a wide input supply 600kHz Fixed Switching Frequency at CCM range. Optimized for Low EMI Internal Soft Start The MP2317s switching edge is optimized for low EMI. SW anti-ringing is employed to Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Hiccup address high-frequency radiation EMI issues. Thermal Shutdown Output Adjustable from 3.3V Full protection features include over-current Available in a TSOT23-6 Package protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. APPLICATIONS The MP2317 requires a minimum number of readily available, standard, external Stand-By Power Supply components and is available in a space-saving, White Goods 6-pin, TSOT23 package.
