MP6550 1.8V to 22V, 2A, H-Bridge Motor Driver DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6550 is an H-bridge motor driver. The Wide 1.8V to 22V Operating Input Range H-bridge consists of four N-channel power 2A Continuous Driver Current MOSFETs and an internal charge pump to MOSFET On Resistance (HS + LS) 240m generate gate-drive voltages.
