It offers Output Current (I ): OUT a highly compact solution to achieve 6A of o 0.6V to 1.8V, 6A I OUT continuous output current (I ) across a wide OUT o Above 1.8V, 5A I OUT input voltage (V ) range, with excellent load and IN Internal Power MOSFETs line regulation. The MPM3650 offers Adjustable Output from 0.6V synchronous mode for high efficiency across the High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode entire output current load range. Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) for High Efficiency at Light-Loads Constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) at transient response, easy loop design, and tight Heavy Loads output regulation. Supports Pre-Biased Start-Up Full protection features include short-circuit 1200kHz Fixed Switching Frequency (f ) SW protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), Configurable External Soft-Start Time (t ) SS under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal Enable (EN) and Power Good (PG) for shutdown.
