MPM3822C 2.75 - 6V, 2A, Ultra-Small and Ultra-Low Noise Power Module DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3822C is a synchronous, step-down, Wide 2.75V to 6V Operating Input Range power module with an integrated inductor. The Adjustable Output from 0.6V MPM3822C achieves 2A of continuous output Low Radiated Emissions (EMI) Complies current from a 2.75V to 6V input voltage range with EN55022 Class B Standard with excellent load and line regulation. The Up to 2A Continuous Output Current MPM3822C works in forced continuous 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout conduction mode (CCM) and has a voltage Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) ripple less than 10mV with one output capacitor, Enable (EN) and Power Good (PG) for making it suitable for optical modules, FGPA, Power Sequencing ASIC, and other applications requiring low Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection ripple noise. The output voltage can be (OCP) regulated as low as 0.6V. Only FB resistors, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with Hiccup input capacitors, and output capacitors are Mode needed to complete the design.
