MPM3833C 2.75 - 6V, 3A, Ultra-Small and Ultra-Low Noise Power Module DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3833C is a step-down module Wide 2.75V to 6V Operating Input Range converter with built-in power MOSFETs and Adjustable Output from 0.6V inductor. The MPM3833C achieves 3A of Low Radiated Emissions (EMI) Complies continuous output current from a 2.75V to 6V with EN55022 Class B Standard input voltage with excellent load and line Up to 3A Continuous Output Current regulation. The MPM3833C works in forced 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout continuous conduction mode (CCM) and has a Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) voltage ripple under 10mV with one output Enable (EN) and Power Good (PG) for capacitor, making it suitable for optical modules, Power Sequencing FGPA, ASIC, and other applications requiring Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection low ripple noise. The output voltage can be (OCP) regulated as low as 0.6V. Only FB resistors, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with Hiccup input capacitors, and output capacitors are Mode needed to complete the design.
