MPQ2124 6V, 3A, Frequency-Programmable Synchronous Buck Converter, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ2124 is a frequency-programmable 2.7V to 6.0V Operating Input Voltage Range (300kHz to 2.2MHz), synchronous step-down Adjustable Output from 0.606V converter. It can achieve up to 3A of continuous Up to 3A Continuous Output Current output current using peak current control, with High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode Control excellent transient response and efficiency 35m and 25m Internal Power MOSFET performance.
