MPQ3426 6A, 35V Boost Converter with Programmable Switching Frequency and UVLO AEC-Q100 Qualified The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ3426 is a current-mode step-up Guaranteed Industrial/Automotive Temp. converter with a 6A, 90m internal switch that Range Limits provides a highly efficient regulator with a fast 6A, 90m, 45V Power MOSFET response. Available in AEC-Q100 Qualified Grade The MPQ3426s features include under-voltage APPLICATIONS lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection.
