MPQ4409 24V, 900mA, 2.2MHz, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down Converter, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4409 is a high-frequency, Wide 4V to 24V Operating Input Range synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode 900mA Continuous Load Current converter with built-in power MOSFETs. The 90m/50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) MPQ4409 offers a very compact solution that MOSFETs achieves 900mA of continuous output current, High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode with excellent load and line regulation across a Operation wide input supply range. The MPQ4409 uses Default 2.2MHz Switching Frequency synchronous mode operation for higher 450kHz to 2.2MHz Frequency Sync efficiency across the output current load range. Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) Current mode operation provides fast transient Internal Soft Start (SS) response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include over-current Power Good (PG) Indicator protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. Over-Current Protection (OCP) with Valley- Current Detection and Hiccup Mode The MPQ4409 requires a minimal number of Thermal Shutdown readily available, standard external components. Output Adjustable from 0.807V It is available in a space-saving QFN-13 CISPR25 Class 5 Compliant (2.5mmx3mm) package.
