Low Drop-Out Mode MPQ4473 has full protection features including, 200kHz-to-1MHz Switching Frequency short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current SCP, OCP, UVP, and Thermal Shutdown protection (OCP), under-voltage protection Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 0.9V IN (UVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD).
