The MID7508H50 is a high-performance mobile ARM Cortex-A8 processor for embedded applications from Chinese IC manufacturer, MOREK. It is based on the Cortex-A8 architecture with a 700 MHz core clock frequency and 256 KB of L2 cache. The processor supports a variety of multimedia codecs such as H.264, MPEG-4, WMV-9-2, VP7, JPEG-XR, and VP9, as well as an H.265 encoder. It supports OpenGL ES 2.0 and 3.2, OpenVG 1.1 and 1.2, and a 2D graphics engine. The processor can support up to 8GB of DDR memory and has an on-board display controller. The processor also integrates a SIM card interface and a USB 2.0 OTG port for connection to other devices.
