The SN54LS377J is a low-power, high-performance latch produced by Motorola. It is a silicon-gate CMOS device designed for use in general-purpose, memory and system control applications. It is the highest-performance latch currently available from Motorola and offers low-power, high-speed operation. The SN54LS377J has 16 TTL compatible inputs, 4-bit latch and 4 TTL compatible outputs. It also offers selectable active-low enable, active-low output enable, active-low parallel loading, and an active-low input latch enable. It is capable of operating from a single power supply of 3.0V to 15V. Its wide supply voltage range allows for operation in both 5V and 3V systems. With a typical propagation delay of 15ns, the SN54LS377J provides a high-speed, low-power solution for latch-based memory or system control applications.
