MTSMC-G2-GP-ED-SP is part of the Multitech MultiModem series of cellular modems that typically offer wireless communication over cellular networks. The MTSMC-G2-GP-ED-SP MultiModem is designed to work with GPRS, EDGE, and SP-based networks and is the second-generation MultiModem, offering faster data rates, higher throughput, and better performance than the first-generation models. In addition to faster data speeds, the MultiModem also features auto-reconnect to make sure that it always maintains a connection. The device can be connected to computers, routers, and other devices via USB, serial, and mini-PCIe connections.
