The NT1713C-HSAA6 is an SOT23-6 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant Battery Protection IC (Integrated Circuit) manufactured by NEOTEC. The IC is designed to protect Lithium ion batteries from overcharge, over discharge, short circuit and overheating. It features high accuracy, low quiescent current, and low voltage drop with temperature compensation. The circuit includes built-in over current shutoff, self-timer shutoff, and self-recovery capability. Additionally, the IC includes variable voltage setting and fault counting functions, and is designed to operate with any compatible Lithium ion battery can operate with 4.2V ± 0.025V as an output voltage.
