The NB-DRP1 method or Newbrand Dynamic Response Planning 1 is a strategic planning process used by the Newbrand company that helps organizations think through the structure, goals, and strategies of their communication and promotional campaigns. The process starts with a “top-down” approach, with top management determining the parameters in which they want the communications efforts to operate. Then, the NB-DRP1 process provides an assessment to help management craft out a detailed plan for achieving their goals. The process outlines the different elements that need to be included in the plan such as team resources and responsibilities, a timeline, budget, materials, and tactics. Finally, the NB-DRP1 process assists the organization in evaluating their plan, provide feedback, and guidelines for adapting and fine-tuning the plan as needed.
