74HC139D.652 Nexperia

The 74HC139D.652 is a dual 2-line to 4-line decoder/demultiplexer IC, manufactured by Nexperia. It has two active-low, active-high data inputs (A and B) and four active-low outputs (Y0–Y3). The data inputs are decoded to 4-line output operations according to the binary equivalent of input logic states. This IC can be used to select one of four data sources or to decode an address to one of four locations. The device is designed using a 2-input multiplexer which ensures high noise immunity and low power consumption. In addition, the 74HC139D.652 comes with a maximum propagation delay of 8.5 ns at 5V and a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
