The Nexperia 74HCT109DB.112 is a dual J-K flip flop that has been optimized for high speed operation. It features two individual J-K flip flops with independent data, enable, set, and reset inputs and complementary Q and Q' outputs. This device is designed to accept standard CMOS or TTL level digital inputs, and provide the ability to change the device state on a positive going transition (low-to-high) of either the Clock, Set or Reset input. The outputs are capable of sinking and sourcing 4 mA of current, and will sink 16 mA when shorted. This device operates from a single power supply ranging from 2 to 6 volts. It is also available in a surface mount package.
