The 74HCT14PW.112 is a quad 2-input Schmitt trigger buffer IC from Nexperia's 74HCT logic family. This IC has four Schmitt trigger buffers with each having two logic inputs and one logic output. The inputs of the Schmitt trigger can handle both TTL and CMOS in the same package for different applications. This device is designed for analog and digital switching and for generating clock signals. It is typically used in gate and timing applications, such as for oscillators and pulse shapers. It is also used for buffer isolation and low power logic level transfer applications. This device is operated with a maximum supply voltage level of 5.5 V and has a power dissipation of 140 mW. The typical propagation delay time of this 74HCT14PW.112 part is 10 ns.
