General description The HEF4104B-Q100 is a quad low-to-high voltage translator with complementary 3-state outputs (Bn and Bn). A LOW on the output enable input (OE) causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of V . DD This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 3) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. 2.
