R5441Z Series 1-Cell Li-ion Battery Protection IC with Temperature Protection NO.EA-506-200619 OUTLINE The R5441Z is one-cell Li-ion / polymer battery protection IC provides overcharge, overdischarge, discharge / charge overcurrent, and temperature detections. One of the features of this device is a high-accuracy detection at overcharge and overcurrent. The supply current after overdischarge detection can be reduced to a minimum by stopping the internal circuits. The small WLCSP package is available.
