R5443Z Series 1-Cell Li-ion Battery Protection IC with High-accuracy Overcharge Protection NO.EA-507-210730 OUTLINE The R5443Z is a one-cell Li-ion / polymer battery protection IC provides overcharge, overdischarge, and discharge / charge overcurrent detections. One of the features of this device is a high-accuracy detection at overcharge and overcurrent. The supply current after overdischarge detection can be reduced to a minimum by stopping the internal circuits. The small WLCSP package is available.
