SemiconductorThe nRF52832-CIAA-R is a highly integrated, multi-protocol, low power 2.4GHz Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) System-on-Chip (SoC) manufactured by Nordic Semiconductor. It has an on-chip microcontroller, a Bluetooth radio, an ARM Cortex M4 processor with a integrated FPU, Flash and RAM memory and a wide variety of integrated peripherals. The SoC operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V voltage range and is packaged in a 48-pin Wafer-level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP). It supports the Bluetooth 4.2 specification and supports up to 2 Mbps data rate. It also features an on-chip temperature sensor, radio calibration and preprogrammed FW. The SoC has been designed for low-power wireless applications including wearable, fitness, mobile accessories, and home automation.
