SemiconductorThe NRF52840-QIAA-R is a SoC (System-on-Chip) manufactured by Nordic Semiconductor. It is based off the nRF52840, a 2.4GHz ultra-low power wireless SoC with Bluetooth 5, Thread, IEEE 802.15.4, ANT, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocol support. It features an ARM Cortex -M4F processor and a full-speed USB 2.0 controller. Additionally, this chip includes 1MB Flash, 256kB RAM and 5, 16-bit timers. Power Consumption is rated at 1.8÷3.6 VDC and is packaged in a QFN73 package.
