The NTE955SM is a small-sized, integrated circuit that combines a peripheral circuit, RC timer, and SO8 into one package for power ranging from 4.5VDC to 16VDC. The RC timer controls the on-off sequence of connected devices. The SO8 provides several signal/control features such as switching and level sensing. The peripheral circuit acts as an interface between the RC timer and the integrated circuit's power supply. All of these components are packaged in an SO8 and made by NTE.
