The MC9328MXS (i.MXS) processor features the
advanced and power-efficient ARM920T core that
operates at speeds up to 100 MHz. Integrated modules,
which include a USB device and an LCD controller,
support a suite of peripherals to enhance portable
products. It is packaged in a 225-contact MAPBGA
package. Figure 1 shows the functional block diagram of
the i.MXS processor.
