semiconductorThe TJA1028T5V020,11 with NXP Semiconductors LIN Transceivers is designed to be a low cost, low power Link Layer Controller (LLC) for in-vehicle local area networks (LINs). It is a LIN transceiver designed with integrated voltage regulator, and supports both Class A and Class B standard transmission. It features a maximum of 40mA active current consumption, a standby current consumption of 500uA, and its wake-up input is supported with a 48mV detect threshold. Additionally, the integrated voltage regulator allows to supply the transceiver through the LIN bus. It also features fault-tolerant cold-start in less than 10ms, and high EMI robustness due to optimized EMI filter shaping. It is equipped with a bus validity check with preemptive wake-up frame detection, and has self-protected against reversed battery connection. Furthermore, this LIN transceiver has a high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with an integrated ESD and EMC filter, and is qualified according to the AEC-Q100 standard.
