\ The HS300 3R9 F is a high-power resin housing series part made by Ohmite. It is a 3 watt, 9 ohm resistor housed in a 100% melamine based flame retardant resin and providing an energy rating of 30 joules. It has a wide range of uses, and is suitable for use in power conversion, motor control, and energy storage applications. It offers excellent dissipative properties and enviable heat, flame, and tracking resistance along with a UL1565 RADOX flame retardant outer jacket. Its small size helps to minimize board space and keep the installation neat. The HS300 3R9 F is RoHS 2 compliant and has a maximum temperature rating of 85C.
