The 815-1 is a part of the Oldaker family of studio monitors developed and manufactured by the British audio technology company, PMC. It is a three-way bass-reflex active studio monitor, designed for nearfield monitoring applications. It features a sophisticated crossover which helps to improve accuracy and imaging, an integrated Class-A/B amplifier which is capable of delivering up to 150 Watts of power, a large frequency response range that is tuned to match the low-end of a typical recording space, and an ultra-wide sweet spot. The 815-1 is the largest and most powerful model in the Oldaker family, and is ideal for tracking, mixing, and mastering in both professional and home recording environments.
