The OV14825-A16A is a part of Omnivision's 1/4-inch 8-megapixel PureCel image sensor product line. It is a 1/4-inch CMOS image sensor that incorporates both a 1.04-megapixel dual color HiSPi digital image processor (HIPP) and On-Chip Smart ISP. The OV14825-A16A offers a full resolution of 3264x2448, supports a wide range of high resolution imaging resolutions, and supports high frame rates of up to 30 frames per second. It also supports a variety of features including multiple virtual channels, on-chip black level calibration (BLC), dual exposure, lens shading correction (LSC), high dynamic range (HDR), adjustable Sharpness Edge Enhancement (Spatial Binning) and Adaptive Color Filter on Frame (ACF). It also includes an on-chip temperature sensor, a low noise analog voltage regulator, and an embedded microcontroller that can be used to set exposure, white balance, and other camera functions.
