The E3JK-TP11 2M is a Photoelectric Sensor Switch manufactured by Omron Automata. It is a basic sensing switch composed of a transmitting amplifier, receiver amplifier and light-emitting element. The transmitter emits a modulated infrared light beam, while the receiver detects the intensity change of the beam when the object is put in its detection range. It has several features, such as a detection range of 2 meters, a detection angle of 20 degrees, and a 0.6 – 2.6 mJ/cm² minimum sensitivity. It also has built-in protection against over-voltage and surge currents, and it is IP67 rated for dust and water protection. Its maximum non-load currents is 400 mA, and its high repeat accuracy ensures reliable operation. It is suitable for various applications, such as detection, positioning and level detection.
