Additional Infomation About Product

The E6C2-CWZ6C-500 2M part of Omron is a rotary encoder that can detect rotational movement in either direction. It has an output of Up/Down CW/CCW and Z counter output. It can detect one as low as 0.5 pulses per round and as high as 2 million pulses per round. The housing is made of metal and has an IP40 rating for protection against foreign objects.
