H3DS-AL is a high-precision, all-in-one angle measuring system that provides absolute angular measurement of up to 0.1° angular resolution. It incorporates the company’s high-precision 3D Gyro sensors, advanced electronic circuitries, and robust mechanical design technology, together with the latest software algorithms, to offer superior accuracy and diagnostic features. H3DS-AL features a high-resolution laser interferometer, an accelerometer and an inclinometer, all of which combine in a highly compact and lightweight package. Its advanced logics can detect and eliminate various perturbations, such as those due to vibration, significantly elevating the level of accuracy. In addition, by integrating the high-precision 3D Gyro sensing technology, the system can measure, monitor and record angular motion in all three axes. Furthermore, the H3DS-AL is designed to be operable with standard industrial controllers, including PC-based PLCs and motion controllers. This enables the user to manage H3DS-AL functions with standard I/O instructions and programming, making it suitable for both research and industrial applications.
