High Current IGBT Gate Drivers NCV5705B, NCD5705B The NCV/NCD5705B is a highcurrent, highperformance standalone IGBT driver for high power automotive applications that include PTC heaters, traction inverters, high voltage DCDC and www.onsemi.com other auxiliary subsystems. The device offers a costeffective solution by eliminating external output buffer. Devices protection features include accurate Undervoltagelockout (UVLO), 8 desaturation protection (DESAT) and Active opendrain FAULT output. The driver also features an accurate 5.0 V output. The driver is 1 designed to accommodate a wide voltage range of bias supplies SOIC8 NB including unipolar and even bipolar voltages. NCV5705B is available CASE 75107 in 8pin SOIC package.
