The PADAUK PFS154-S14 Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) is a 2KB 128 byte FLASH RISC SOP-14 device that is RoHS compliant. It is a 8-bit processor that features Clock/Event Management Unit (CEMU), a multi-mode timer, Enhanced I/O Serial Peripheral Interface (EIO SPI) master/slave controller, and eight bidirectional data bytes, enabling easy connection to a variety of peripherals. The device also features a wealth of on-chip features, including interrupts, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) channels, and more. Additionally, the MCU can be used in a wide range of applications, including consumer, industrial, automotive, IT/computer, telecom, and medical.
