The PMC271-S18 with 1KB 64Byte OTP RISC SOP-18-300mil Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SoC) is a technology developed by PADAUK to help achieve high speed and low power operation. It is an 8-bit MCU with a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It has 8KB of Flash memory, 1KB of RAM and 64Byte of OTP memory. It also features an 8-bit timer/counter, a 4-channel 10-bit A/D converter with programmable gain, 4 pulse-width modulation (PWM) outputs, 8 bidirectional general purpose I/Os (GPIOs), and two I2C interfaces for I/O expansion. The MCU also features an integrated bootloader, 4 power-saving sleep modes, a WatchDog timer, two hardware serial interfaces and a software debounce engine. It is compliant with RoHS standards and its low power requirements make it suitable for fields like consumer electronics and industrial control where power consumption and cost are critical.
