The PDM41256LA-20SOI is a high-speed, industry standard nonvolatile synchronous static random access memory (SRAM) that offers a wide operating temperature range. It is suitable for use in commercial and industrial applications such as consumer electronics, data processing, instrumentation, automotive and aerospace systems, and communications equipment. It has 512KB memory capacity and is 20-pin SOIC package. It also has a battery-free operation and needs no storage of data. The on-chip register allows user to write/read data in 8 and 16 bits. It operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and support both 5V and 3V Tolerance I/O interface.
