A.0010PG is a two-layer monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) part from Pawbol of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is designed for wireless frequency synthesizer applications, up to 10GHz with a linear response. The main features of this part are low noise, high linearity and high stability for operation, enabling applications in communication systems, defense and military applications, astronomy, and remote sensing. This part contains an optimized arrangement of RF and microwave transistors, which provide high frequency accuracy and excellent properties. It's also designed to reduce power dissipation with low phase noise, and designed to operate over a wide temperature range. This part has a full dielectric-isolated gold metallization, which increases its reliability and stability while reducing losses at high operating frequencies.
