from 1987
The Philips N82S181CA is a bipolar 32-bit EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) chip made by Philips released in 1987. It is in the Speed E2 family of EPROMs and specializes in high-speed block random access memory (RAM) and program memory. It features 32-bit wide data paths, with 8K words of memory organized in nine 1024 words blocks, that allow for up to 226 individually addressable locations. The chip has an access time of 160 nanoseconds initialized, and can operate from 3 to 6 volts. It also has an advanced low-power on-chip array addressing capability. The N82S191CA is available in a 28-pin PROM package or a 32-pin Customer Programmable Array (CPA) package.
