The PS840L with Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) PS-277B RoHS manufactured by Pingwei is a surface-mount small signal diode designed for high-efficiency, low-capacitance, and high-speed switching applications. It features low forward voltage of 0.48V (typical 0.42V) at 20mA and a maximum reverse leakage of 5 uA at 25°C. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient (R?JA) is 175°C/W, and the operating temperature range is -55°C to +170°C. It offers excellent ESD protection and anti-surge capability, making it suitable for use in portable and automotive applications. The diode can be mounted on an FR-4 substrate with an exposed pad application. The device has a RoHS compliant Halogen-Free package.
