The MS-3400 is a system on a chip (SoC) designed by Plato, specifically intended for media applications such as video and surround sound processing. It features a quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with a Mali-400 GPU, high-definition video encoding and decoding support, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, two USB 2.0 ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and an SD card slot. It also includes an array of analog, digital, and serial ports, enabling it to be connected to various peripherals. It is capable of running both Linux and Android operating systems.
